World Quantum provides digital access to proprietary AI-driven tools and community resources, including but not limited to:
AI Wave Check-up Assistant: A specialized digital agent powered by ChatGPT technology designed for photo-based analysis.
Educational Materials: Access to a digital library, video lessons, and instructional content.
Community Access: A one-year membership to our private user community.
Technical Support: Guidance on using the platform and AI tools.
2. NATURE OF SERVICES (DISCLAIMER)
Our services are purely educational and informational in nature. The AI-generated "Wave Check-up" is based on automated algorithms and does not constitute:
Medical or health advice.
Professional diagnostic services.
Licensed consulting in any regulated field.
The results provided by the AI are for informational purposes only. Clients are responsible for consulting licensed professionals for any specific health, medical, or professional concerns.
3. NO GUARANTEES OF RESULTS
While we strive for high accuracy in our AI models, World Quantum does not guarantee:
Specific personal or physical outcomes.
Subjective satisfaction with the AI analysis.
100% accuracy or "correctness" of the AI-generated responses.
Any examples or testimonials provided are for illustrative purposes and do not represent a guarantee of similar results.
4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
By using our services, the client agrees to:
Provide clear, accurate, and truthful information/photos for analysis.
Maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials.
Use the AI tool in a lawful manner, avoiding any attempts to "jailbreak," reverse-engineer, or abuse the system.
Assume full responsibility for any actions taken based on the information provided by the AI.
5. COMMUNICATIONS & CONSENT
By providing contact information (email/phone), the client explicitly consents to receive:
Service-related communications: Account notifications and system updates.
Transactional messages: Purchase confirmations, invoices, and billing reminders.
Educational content: Updates regarding new features or community news.
Consent to marketing communications can be withdrawn at any time via the "unsubscribe" link in our emails or by contacting [email protected].
6. PAYMENTS & BILLING
All fees are disclosed prior to purchase and are processed securely via Stripe.
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the specified amount for the selected term.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all sales are subject to Section 18 (Refund Policy).
7. SYSTEM AVAILABILITY & ACCESS
Access is granted immediately upon successful payment. While we aim for 24/7 uptime, we are not liable for temporary service interruptions due to:
Maintenance or updates.
Third-party outages (OpenAI, GoHighLevel, or hosting providers).
User-side internet connectivity issues.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials, the AI agent’s logic/prompts, frameworks, video content, and templates are the intellectual property of World Quantum.
Access is granted for personal use only.
Clients may not copy, distribute, sell, or share access to the AI tool or community materials with third parties without prior written consent.
9. CONFIDENTIALITY
We respect your privacy. All uploaded photos and personal data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We agree to maintain the confidentiality of your private information except where disclosure is required by law.
10. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & PLATFORMS
Our service utilizes third-party technology, including but not limited to GoHighLevel (CRM) and OpenAI (ChatGPT). We are not responsible for errors, data breaches, or failures caused by these third-party providers that are beyond our reasonable control.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, World Quantum shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Decisions made or actions taken by the client based on AI results.
Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the service during the current billing cycle.
12. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access immediately if:
These Terms are violated.
Payment is disputed or charged back without prior communication.
The user engages in abusive or unethical behavior within the community.
13. DATA PROTECTION
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.
14. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (Dubai). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai.
15. SEVERABILITY
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
16. MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to update these Terms. Changes become effective upon publication on volnaonline.com.
17. GUARANTEE OF ACCESS
We guarantee that upon successful payment, the client will receive access to the AI Assistant and the community platform for the duration of the paid term.
18. REFUND POLICY
Digital Nature: Due to the instant delivery of digital content and AI access, payments are generally non-refundable once the subscription is activated.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Access remains active until the end of the current paid period.
Exceptions: Refunds may be considered only in cases of:
Duplicate billing errors.
Technical failure on our end that prevents access for more than 48 hours.
Unauthorized billing occurring after a documented and timely cancellation request.
No Refunds will be issued for "change of mind," lack of use, or dissatisfaction with AI-generated results.
